Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for implementing and coordinating all Human Resources programs and services for
XcelServ Solutions Pvt. Ltd including , Talent Acquisition , Employment compensation and benefits, employee Engagement , employee relations, training and development, performance appraisal , HR operations , conflict resolution, employee retention and staff development.


  • Oversee and manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on process adherence and low cost hiring.
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
  • Develop recruitment strategy and regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with management to develop strategic plan to achieve the desired top and bottom line and business goals.
  • Responsible for managing end to end employee life cycle for the organization. On-boarding/ Induction, Employee Engagement, Employee relations /communications, Performance Management, HR Policies & Processes, Employee Satisfaction Survey ,Rewards & Recognition, Culture.
  • Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
  • Conceptualizing & driving Employee Engagement strategies across the organisation and help make the organization as employer of choice. Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture.
  • Providing current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
  • Designing and implementing benefits, compliance related policies and working with the senior leadership teams to ensure its alignment with business need.
  • Strategic decision making on HR Policies and Processes having organization wide impact from a compliance and industry best practice perspective.
  • Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
  • Develop & implement HR Analytics with publishing of reports & dashboards enabling management for effective decision making.
  • Develop & implement a robust & consistent performance review system, putting the Talent Management framework in place, Leading the Change Management and OD initiatives
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems
  • Lead HR Automation initiatives and building HR tools to enhance process efficiencies
  • Managing smooth Exit process in terms of completion of the full and final settlements for employees
  • Conducting Terminations/Exit Processes document findings and cycle it back for process betterment and thus help in maximizing retention
  • Conduct monthly HR governance review with Sr. Leadership to showcase progress on initiatives, data for the month, successes and challenges.
  • Manage the overseas Support and leadership hiring.


HR professional with 15+ years of progressive, diverse HR work experience and exposure to global work environment

Qualifications include

  • Masters degree or Post Graduation Diploma in HR Management or related discipline.
  • At least 15- years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including , Talent Acquisitions, employment benefits, compensation, employee engagement , employee relations, training and development, workers compensation and conflict resolution.
  • Experience working with a diverse workforce.
  • Experience leading the HR department of an international BPO is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with a US based Travel Company preferred but not mandatory.

  • Build future team basis requirements in the HR vertical

Education Qualification: Graduate / PG in HR from Recognized Institute /University

MBA in HR from a reputed Business School
