We need International Customer care executive for our travel Process (

  • Handling Email cases (Query / Request / Complaint / Appreciations) for (Travel)
  • Offering alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's business
  • Selling Air, Hotel, Reservation and Vacation Packages to customers where ever required.
  • Handling Post Booking queries like seat assignment / baggage inquiries/ date change / cancellations.
  • Maintaining First Time Resolution.
  • Achieving a response time in accordance with set Company guidelines and requirements


  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills.( verbal & written)
  • Candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in International Travel Process
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Candidate should be flexible for 24*7 shifts.
