Job Description

We are looking for Fraud Analyst / CCV - for our travel vertical-

Job Description-

  • perform on various Fraud Analysis tasks for US based travel company
  • undertake fraud investigations for all cases where any type of Fraud is identified on customers booking
  • Talk to US banks representative and customers to verify the details of credit card used at the time of booking made by the customer
  • Require to monitor Real Time credit card transaction
  • Assist Fraud Risk Manager with reports on progress and results.
  • Working with the business in identifying key fraud risk areas and advising of controls to minimize such risks
  • work on various risk control tools

Skills Required
  • Should have prior experience in any Credit Card Verification process or fraud analyst process.
  • Research & Analysis about Fraud and Dispute
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • More than 1yr experience in international travel BPO
  • Should be a team player.
  • Effective problem analysis and solving ability
  • Candidates should be comfortable working in 24/7 environment
  • Knowledge of Amadeus / Saber will be a plus.

  • Cab facility (both ways)
  • 24 * 7 Shifts
  • 5 days working.
  • Roster Week offs
