Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handling Customer Queries from US Customers related to new reservations, cancellations, exchanges etc .
  • Follow ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.
  • Up selling - seats/ extra baggage space, hotel/ car services/ travel insurance etc to US customers who wish to travel within USA.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 year + experience in international Travel Process.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of handling customer queries.
  • GDS experience is must
