Roles and Responsibilities

We are currently in quest of IT Recruiter for our travel vertical(myflightsearch) an xcelserv venture

Position- Human Resource - TA
Level - Executive / Sr. Executive
Department- HR
Reporting To- Manager- HR
Salary- As Per Company Standards


  • Sourcing candidates according to the requirement of respective LOBs
  • Data mining through job portals & other direct sources
  • Maintaining hiring trackers in excel.
  • Identify candidates through conventional & innovative sourcing methods
  • Generating daily reports and providing management updates
  • Preliminary screening/Shortlisting of candidates through telecom/personal meeting
  • Conduct competency based interviews to check their suitability towards the requirement.
  • Speak with candidates to know their priorities if they have any constraints like location, clients etc.,
  • Scheduling the interviews for the candidates and locking them on the given time.
  • And other HR operations activities: Documentation, Coordination Etc.
  • Strategically utilize job boards, networks, forums, blogs and research methods to source passive Candidates.
  • Own and juggle multiple requisitions and maintain high quality/ maximum traction for hiring at all time
  • Work on assigned Jobs actively and find the resource in least turnaround time.
  • Sourcing of the resumes and short-listing the candidates for the clients from various Job Portals- Monster, Naukri and Third party vendor etc.
  • Sourcing profiles through Head Hunting and various Social networking sites
Job Requirements

  • Exposure into ITes & Technical hiring is a must.
  • Must be an Individual Contributor
  • Should have good understanding of development technology like DBA,.net, SDLC, QA (Testing), UI
  • Should have excellent knowledge of Job Portals like Naukri, monster, Indeed
  • Exposure in recruitments through Social Media would be an added advantage
  • Should have good command on MS Office Suite.
  • Should have excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Should be able to prepare daily reports and presentation.
